Spectrum provided Consultancy Service for Bidders Database Management System (BDMS) of Management Information System in the Roads and Highways Department. The Project started on May 2016 .

BDMS facilitates tender evaluation activities faster which was previously a time consuming jobs including but not limited to information searching, gathering, necessary calculation, clarification, compare etc. from large volume of tender documents. It facilitates Tender Evaluator by saving time through fast and accurate information analysis and necessary calculations as according to evaluation criteria.
